Maintenance and Support
When you’ve invested in quality hardware and software for your core enterprise business, it is critical to maximize your return on investment with maintenance and support services to match.
In conjunction with all of our Partners, WWCS will provide maintenance support during the one (1) year warranty for our products. Our 0800-1700 MST Monday through Friday Help Desk is available to address any questions or issues in relation to the components of the equipment and software, as well as questions or issues.
WWCS has various options for our customers to receive maintenance and support after the one (1) year warranty.
